1)Do you use physical sun or other?
2) What color mapping model?
3) How do you get your whites so bright?
I always have trouble going uber bright
I just end up working with natural light
because otherwise my scenes get blown out.
Nice work btw, impressive stuff.
1. i use a vray light with no decay for sun, i tried to work with physical sun, just didn't give me as much control as i wanted!
2. exponential for this render, downside is it kinda greys out everything, but with a little tweaking u'll manage something decent!
3.i tweak alot the color curve at the correction control in the vray frame buffer! that does the trick
of course if i never expect to get perfect results straight from max, altho this render is.. i rather post produce it in photoshop! which gives u much more control.
i got a question tho! how about that job you told me about sometime ago?
With one thing and another, wife pregnant, buying a home etc etc, I stuck to working contract for the time being. But we're close to creating a 3D production company with office space in SF.
It's a serious proposition and requires a butt load of money to get started.
I'll definitely keep you informed though.
Keep up the good work man.
Wonderful. Keep them coming
